GoNOSH is a young, driven impact start-up with a strong vision for a new way of eating. We revolutionize the fast food sector by combining two different worlds – sustainable, natural and healthy with fast, delicious and satisfying. We combine what people’s heart wants and what their body needs. We developed our first product line, have our first investors on board and plan our official launch in April – May.

We are now looking for amazing purpose oriented people who share the passion for our mission to make the food sector more sustainable and to help people having healthier better lives.

Tasks
– Building up and driving the implementation of product launch strategies
-Designing a general marketing strategy and driving the company’s marketing activities
– Initially hands-on implementation of the typical online marketing activities
– Analysis of the marketing activities and drawing conclusions for a data-based growth strategy
– Building up and managing a marketing team providing leadership and direction
– Establishing and developing relationships with external partners, media and other stakeholders
– Providing strategic advise to the CEO and further management team from marketing perspective

Requirements
The most important is that you would be excited to contribute to our mission and share our passion to spread sustainable and healthy consumption. However, ideally we look for…

…an experienced marketing person with a background in online marketing, ideally e-commerce and a good understanding of the FMCG industry.

Furthermore we would like you to bring:

– 3+ years of proven marketing experience and ideally experience in leading people
– Deep understanding and experience in online marketing (incl. Performance, Influencer) and the ability to design and implement a holistic marketing strategy
– Experience in working data-driven and the ability to implement a data-based marketing strategy
– Experience in social media content creation
– Ability to inspire confidence and create trust. Excellent communication and people skills
– Ability to plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
– Fluent in German and English
